WHY DO YOU PROCESS MY PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is processed and safely kept in our information system on the following grounds:
For the purpose of contract performance – processing of your personal data such as name, surname and address is essential to our sales activity. Based on this data we issue invoices (sales contracts) required by sales. You give us this data based on your deliberate decision when registering online, by phone or other means of purchase.
For the purpose of complying with other legislation – we are required to record and keep your personal data in our accounts for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
On the basis of our legitimate interests – our concern is to improve our services, to inform you about our activities and just be in touch with you. Every such legitimate interest is re-evaluated and performed only to the extent that is acceptable to you, with the option of leaving your personal, deliberate decision to be a part of it.
On the basis of your consent – processing of your personal data, based on your consent, applies in particular to communication by e-mail. We also process personal data related to your membership based on your interest and expressed consent.

External bookkeeping – the law imposes an obligation on us to process all business and sales requirements. These elements are processed externally, and your personal data is provided only to the extent that the given legislation prescribes.

WILL MY DATA BE TRANSFERED TO THIRD COUNTRIES?
Your personal data remains only in the Slovak Republic. The exception is the use of an external e-mail contact processor (Salesforce.com, Inc., USA). The external processing of your e-mail contact is protected and not published by anyone.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY DATA?
With regard to the personal data necessary to create a user account, we process this data for as long as your account is registered. You can find out more below under "What are my rights?".
With regard to the personal data necessary for the conservation resulting from statutory legislation (e.g. in the bookkeeping), we keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Usually it is five years.
WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
Right to access personal data
You can access your processed personal data at any time by logging into your user account under "Log in". If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it in the "Forgot your password?" section. In case of a technical problem or an inquiry about the kind of information we process about you and the reasons for its storage, please contact us.
Right to correct personal data
You have the right to change or correct your processed personal data. You can do so personally in the "My account" section, or you can turn to us to make any changes or corrections for you.
Right to delete personal data
If you do not want us to store and process your personal information, please contact us. We will process your request without undue delay no later than 30 days and we will inform you of the processing result. We may delete your personal information, if
- your personal data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was acquired or otherwise processed,
- you revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for it,
- there are no legitimate reasons for the processing of your personal data,
- your personal data is processed unlawfully, or
- this obligation is imposed by another special regulation or an international treaty binding on the Slovak Republic.
You have the right to restrict our storage and processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to its retention accuracy. You can manage the change or repair of your personal data yourself in the "My account" section, or you can contact us. We will review your request as soon as possible and then address it in order to achieve your satisfaction and your rights.
WHAT RIGHTS TO REVOKE PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA DO I HAVE?
Your personal data is always processed with your exclusive consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time.

WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA?
If we store or process your personal data, we will act only on the basis of legal requirements, contractual requirements or on the basis of our legitimate interests. Your consent to the processing of personal data is essential for the sales relationship. Naturally, you are free to choose not to provide us with your personal data. Consequently, however, we will not be able to honour your purchase request.
