Delivery

Delivery rates are based on the delivery destination and the package weight. For additional services (Cash on delivery, PayPal) a surcharge is applied. The postal cost of a particular order is listed in the 2nd purchase step, the "Delivery and payment" at the bottom right and also in the 3rd purchase step, the "Order confirmation" in the "Other items" section.

DELIVERY DESTINATION

We send goods not only to Slovakia but also abroad. In the ordering process, destination countries are divided as follows:

• Slovakia
• Czechia
• Europe (other)
• World

Delivery cost to the selected destination country reflects the carrier's pricing conditions.

PACKAGE WEIGHT

In the 2nd purchase step, the "Delivery and payment", the delivery cost is tailored to the conditions of our carrier and depends on the total package weight.

POSTE RESTANTE

In the 2nd purchase step, the "Delivery and payment" in section „Delivery method“, you may choose between Post office delivery or a so-called BalíkoBOX delivery. Simply enter the post office name or ZIP/Postal code and select a respective post office or BalíkoBOX to which you would like your package to be sent.

The main advantage is the reduced delivery cost.

Post office delivery

Delivery to the post office means that the ordered goods will be delivered to any post office of your choice. The service requires your mobile phone number and e-mail address. The package may be picked up during opening hours at a post office counter, after providing the shipping number or name and surname/company name of the addressee from the received SMS/e-mail alert along with the proof of identity.

BalíkoBOX delivery

Delivery to BalíkoBOX is possible upon providing the mobile phone number to which the confirmation SMS will be sent. Upon its receipt, the package may be picked up from BalíkoBOX within 3 calendar days, after entering the code from SMS. Only card payments are accepted to use BalíkoBOX. CASH ON DELIVERY

The cash on delivery service costs additional € 1.00 (charged by the carrier).

PAYPAL

The PayPal service costs additional € 0.90 (charged by PayPal).
